DEWITT, MI — Today, justice finally prevailed. This confirms what Jenell and I have maintained from the very beginning; this case was without merit, politically motivated, and driven not by justice, but by an Attorney General intent on scoring political points. The judge’s dismissal is a complete vindication, and I am grateful that our names, along with President Trump, have been cleared.

In April 2024, she named me, my wife Jenell and President Trump as unindicted co-conspirators, and for over a year refused to do her ethical duty and clear our names. Thank God, justice has prevailed.

Dana Nessel is the most reckless Attorney General in the country, and she has repeatedly abused her office. Time and time again, she has proven that she is not a prosecutor but a dangerous activist. We saw that again today with the dismissal of the alternate elector’s case, which never should have been brought.

We are grateful for today’s ruling, but the larger fight is not over. This was never just about one case. It is about whether the government works for the people, or whether it is used by the powerful against the people. Today’s dismissal is a victory for fairness and should serve as a call for the Justice Department to investigate her abuse of power.
